Over the last few years, after the massive deployment of #AI, a majority of the customers I engaged with were actively seeking #NLP solutions (they repeatedly mentioned #ChatGPT). AI unquestionably has the potential to expand the horizons of #Payments and #Fintech across various domains. I am genuinely convinced that beyond the initial excitement surrounding Language Model Systems (LLM's), deeper AI applications will come to light. Here are a few examples: Smart Chatbots: Instant assistance. 💬 Virtual Assistants: Manages finances seamlessly. 💼 Fraud Defense: Stops scams with AI vigilance. 🛡️ Predictive Insights: Foresees and manages risks. 🔮 Instant Loans: Accelerates loan approvals. 💰✅ Personalization: Neural Network engine for user interaction / corporation Clear Communication: Simplifies finance. Recommendation engine📝🗣️ Those are just some examples of potential AI applications. I truly believe that sales cycles will be 90% automated, risk management almost the same 80-90%, Fraud detection (Level 1 and 2) almost 100%, Small loans and BNPL approvals will be 100% AI based and call centers 1-2 will also be 100%. Most Fintech are already developing Ai projects, at different pace.
