I have one "everyday" credit card, one debit card, one bank (Chase). That's it. Simplicity is key. I see clients with 6+ credit cards they use monthly and as a result struggle to know what they spend or how to track it. Multiple banks, multiple logins. The confusion costs more than the extra 1% cash back. Simplicity is key. PS: I do have multiple other credit cards but they are more 1x cards to generate flight rewards through sign up bonuses
