Have you seen the new category for Renovated Community of the Year for the upcoming Tribute Awards? This is one of the changes that have been made for our Tributes for the 2024 year. Nominations open on July 17th! Renovated Community of the Year (renovation completed 2023 or later) Nomination Fee: $25 This category recognizes a recently substantially renovated community that exhibits excellence in property value, quality, service, and overall operations. Any community renovated after January 1, 2023, is eligible. Who are you going to nominate?

WOW!!! This week our Association held our Annual Education Conference and Trade Show, and it was a HUGE success! Thank you to all of our amazing speakers we had throughout the day, and to our wonderful speakers that traveled to see us, Lisa Trosien, Marci French, CAM, CAPS, and Bill Nye, CAM CAPS. We cannot wait to have you back in Idaho! We cannot thank enough all of our Vendors that filled our trade show floor up this year! The Idaho Apartment Association went to Capital Hill last week for National Apartment Association (Naahq) Advocate. Len Galus, Sandy Thrash and Tyler Wolters were able to meet with Idaho Representatives and Senators to discuss multiple bills that could help speed up the Housing Choice Voucher process, and lower barriers on developments, increasing the housing supply!
