International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)’s Post

The IAEA announced a €13.7 million commitment to support Small Island Developing States (SIDS) through 49 technical cooperation projects addressing ocean pollution, microplastics monitoring, cancer care, nutrition and water resource management. SIDS have unique and increasing barriers to development, and the fund commitment will provide innovative solutions such as using nuclear science and technology to generate, store and share valuable data for development and help build a more resilient, sustainable future for SIDS. #SIDS4 🔗 atoms.iaea.org/4cDsqsZ
