Employers must investigate all reported incidents thoroughly’. ‘it will be necessary to undertake a formal investigation when the allegations are considered serious or if the behaviour is in dispute.’ ‘In addition to the legal risks, mismanagement of workplace sexual harassment can have significant implications for workplace culture and productivity.’ We also specialise in the education sector.
