Today’s Cold Call Stats 6/4: 114 dials ☎️ 39 voicemails 9 conversations (15+ gatekeepers) 3 No’s ❌ 2 Yes’s ✅ (3 development sites in FL & 80+ unit apartment) __________________________________________ Yesterday I analyzed the numbers… I have made 1,000’s of calls If I make 100+ calls a day, I will likely get 1 lead In a month, that translates to 20-30 leads Of those 20-30 leads, maybe 1 or 2 can be a promising deal.. That means in order to work and close ONE property, I would have to make: - at the bare minimum 1,500-2,000 calls a month - 40+ hours on the phone - 10+ hours of follow-up This game is hard, and that means most people won’t do it.. However… If we decide to do it anyways… imagine what can happen on a long enough time horizon… Just pick up the phone 🙏🏽
