We have ambitious plans that will see us more than double the size across both tech and non-tech recruitment teams as well as our Business Development and Candidate Aftercare Teams which means we are hiring!! Yes, it's been 7 months of career break, but i am still hoping positively and waiting to get best Global Talent Acquisition job from organization, where i could become the backbone of organization through my performance and efforts In last 10 yrs of Global Recruitment, i faced lots of challenges and i always believe to learn their methodology and solutions in various industry verticals Specifically in Banking, Healthcare, Retail and Semiconductor to become Recruitment Expert. My Key Strength is in Global Tech Recruitment using various approaches and methods + Global Stakeholder Management as an Individual Contributor.... My Last Salary was 14 Lacs INR in Lumileds Malaysia, where I was Managing Recruitment for Southeast Asia, Australia & European Market. Note: I have changed 8 companies in 10 Yrs of Global Recruitment experience but it was neither because of monetary perspective nor any performance issues. Whenever I chose to move ahead, i always look forward to face new challenges in Cross Industry in Global Recruitment.
