Last month, we handed One Westside over to Google to begin building out their space. We’re incredibly proud of how we’ve woven our #BetterBlueprint priorities into this redevelopment project that turned an outdated mall in a prime West LA location into a world-class office campus. By keeping the mall’s architectural core, the project saw a 33% reduction in embodied carbon through the reuse of steel, while 75% of One Westside’s construction and demolition debris was diverted from landfills.
