🌿 🌿 As we wrap up Mental Health Month, we want to share our last tip from one of our dedicated therapists, Natalie. She starts her day with a 3-mile outdoor walk, either talking to her mother who lives a few states away or immersing herself in the beauty of nature. She often adds music to her walks, and enjoys spotting foxes, deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, and a variety of birds in her neighborhood. After her walk, she tends to her garden and ensures the birdbath has fresh water. 🌸🌳🦊 Our therapists recommend several other ways to manage stress and support mental health, including: 🔹Enjoying Nature: Spend time outdoors to relax and recharge. 🔹Reading: Dive into a good book to escape and unwind. 🔹Listening to Podcasts: Learn something new or simply entertain yourself. 🔹Engaging with Daily Affirmations or Spiritual Practices: Find peace and positivity through mindfulness. 🔹Sport: Stay active to boost your mood and energy levels. We hope these tips inspire you to take care of your mental health and find joy in everyday moments. Thank you for joining us this month, and remember to always make time for yourself. 🌞🌻
