Dear HSBC Bank, HSBC Commercial Banking I am writing to request a refund for a mistaken account transfer that I made on 29/06/2024 from my savings account ending in 2263. And the transaction id for the same is BIL/NEFT/HS92418148373150/NA/Chandrakan/HSBC0400002   I was about to pay the EMI in one of the HDFC card, both the card details were saved in my iMobile App so unfortunately, I chose the wrong credit card and paid INR 11,404 using my ICICI bank account. The incorrect card number I mistakenly chosen for EMI payment is 4862 6989 0453 4534. Which is again a deactivated card. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and reverse the mistaken transfer as soon as possible. Please credit the full amount of 11,404 INR back to my savings account ending in 2263. I have attached a copy of the bank statement/transaction receipt showing the mistaken transfer for your reference.  I've called the customer care so many times but unfortunately I am not getting any help from them. Even after multiple mails on the customer care mail no one bothers to acknowledge it
