Spot the issue! Not as difficult as finding Waldo, but much more important! Regardless of what any HVAC, plumbing, electric, or whatever technician tells you, it is NOT ok to cut out the supports of your floor. #FoundationRepair #StartFromTheBeginning #DoItRightOrDoItTwice https://bit.ly/46oaQWB

How do YOU patch a coated TPO roof? DELTA INNOVATIVE SERVICES, INC. Depending on the time of day and where I’m at in the city, I may just randomly stop by a client to take a peek at the roof. As you can see in this post, I ran across a roof top unit panel blown off of a unit. When I put the panel back on the unit, I felt the air suction pull it and it held it up. I found some random screws on the roof and used the pre-existing holes to secure it. I wonder how many times an HVAC technician puts a panel up and forgets to put the screws in because, the air suction pulled it on and appears to be holding it. This is why you let me inspect your roof for you. 1) Critical Repair Needs 2) Maintenance Needs 3) Preventative Maintenance Needs 4) WeCare Roof Maintenance Program 5) Replacement Timing We look forward to hearing from you! There are many options for heating your garage depending on factors such as insulation, intended use, and safety considerations. Infrared Electric Heaters: • Efficient and simple. • Radiates heat energy to materials in the garage, warming the air. • Caution: Avoid mounting too close to expensive paint jobs to prevent paint bubbling. Gas-Fired Tube Heaters: • Radiant heat that warms materials, influencing air temperature. • Similar caution regarding proximity to painted surfaces. Unit Heaters: • Hang from the ceiling and heat the air. • Electric and gas options available. • Warm air is blown around the space, providing a furnace-like feel. Space Heaters: • Small gas-fired heaters. • Caution: Maintain burners at a safe distance from the floor to prevent ignition of combustible vapors. Safety Considerations: • Install heating appliances with burners at a safe height to prevent ignition of combustible vapors. • Consider temperature control for regulation. • Consider integrating a door switch for automatic shut-off when the garage door opens, enhancing safety, especially for forgetful children. If you have any concerns, please reach out to a qualified HVACR Technician.

Day in the life @cookiestreelounge @reedrandomness (on Instagram ) & I switching the nursery over to FOHSE F1V 600w LED grow lights. 600W over 1000w because The F1V 420W and 600W models are typically suited for vegetative growth, while the F1V 800W and 1000W models perform best in flowering environments. One thing I learned being in Humboldt is you have to be prepared for any and everything. you wear many hats some days you go from cultivator, to being an electrician, plumber, and even hvac tech. Whatever it takes to get the job done.

There are a few instances when it is recommended to have your Phoenix, AZ home’s switches and outlets replaced. Firstly, if your electrical outlets are no longer able to hold the prongs of a plug, it is time to have them either professionally repaired or replaced by a licensed electrician at George Brazil Plumbing Electrical. Broken outlets can actually create serious shocks and fire hazards if left unattended and should be thoroughly inspected at the first sign of damage. In this event, perform a visual inspection of your outlets. If you see: Sparks, Smoke, Cracked Outlets, or Discolored Outlets – Call Us! 📞 (602) 257-9000 #GeorgeBrazilPlumbingandElectrical #plumbing #electrical

HVAC Installers - what are some of the "surprises" waiting for you when you arrived at a job? Few we've overheard: - Why didn't you warn us that the outside walls had holes in them!? - Why didn't you tell us that the client had 15 cats? - Why didn't you warn us that the home had been on "Hoarders"? - Why didn't you tell us the home has a 6" in attic? Just another day at the office!? IYKYK! #bluecollarlife #skilledtrades #hvaclife #buildyourfuture #gotaalaugh #tokeepfromcryin #funfriday #lilchallenges

FIXING THINGS IN YOUR HOME OR APARTMENT RATHER THAN BEING BILLED BY THE REPAIRMAN REALLY MATTERS THESE DAYS. THIS REFRIGERATOR HAD THE WOODEN OUTSIDE DECORATIVE PANEL FALL OFF. THE WEIGHT OF THE WOODEN PANEL WAS AROUND (8) POUNDS. USUALLY, YOU WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE THE DOOR, REMOVE THE OLD ADHESIVE, THEN USE "C CLAMPS" TO HOLD THE PANEL IN PLACE FOR AT LEAST A DAY BEFORE REATTACHING THE DOOR. WHICH MEANS YOU WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE ALL OF THE FOOD FROM THE UNIT. POSSIBLY LOSING THAT FOOD DUE TO SPOILAGE. THIS PANEL, AFTER NEW ADHESIVE WAS APPLIED, AND THE OLD ADHESIVE WAS REMOVED, WAS HELD IN PLACE UNTIL THE ADHESIVE BEGAN TO CURE (2 HOURS IN) BY SCOTCH 3M SHIPPING TAPE. A REPAIR JOB COMPLETED WITH ITEMS COSTING LESS THAN $14.00 (SHIPPING TAPE $6.00, WOOD GLUE $4.00, SUPER GLUE $3.50 (MENARDS @ CICERO AVE. / ROUTE 50 SOUTH OF LINCOLN HIGHWAY / 211TH ST. / ROUTE 30). NOW, IF YOU HAD A HVAC TECHNICIAN DO THIS JOB, HOW MANY COINS WOULD YOU BE OUT OF 🤔💳💸💶💵💴🪙💰 https://lnkd.in/gQedWDGc

Can I perform HVAC prep tasks myself, or should I hire a professional? 👉 A: While some tasks are DIY-friendly, it's wise to involve a professional for a thorough HVAC check. Here's why: 1️⃣ Safety First: HVAC systems involve electrical and gas components. Professionals have the expertise to handle them safely. 2️⃣ Expert Eyes: Technicians can spot issues that might go unnoticed by homeowners, preventing costly breakdowns. 3️⃣ Efficiency: Professionals ensure your system runs at peak efficiency, saving energy and lowering utility bills. However, you can help by: 🔧 Changing Filters: Replace or clean air filters regularly to maintain airflow. 🚪 Sealing Leaks: Check doors and windows for drafts and seal them to conserve heat. 🌬️ Clearing Vents: Ensure vents aren't blocked for consistent heating. ⚡️We’re pushing Electrical Safety this week here at SYNCHRO ⚡️ 🔒 Prove it, Lock it off, Tag it out, Stay Safe! 🔒 Today, I want to share a light-hearted yet essential reminder about the importance of safe electrical isolation. Our amazing engineer, Ken, who's always well-prepared, found himself in a peculiar situation at the gym this morning. As he started his workout, he realised he had forgotten his gym lock at home. But guess what? Ken always has a backup plan! (Out comes the lock out kit) Just like how ken carries a lock to secure his belongings, it's crucial to remember the significance of safe isolation when dealing with electrical services. Whether it's in the gym or on the job, being prepared for any situation is key to ensuring our safety and the safety of others. So, as we go about our day, let's keep the mantra in mind: "Prove it, Lock it off, Tag it out, Stay Safe." Electrical safety is a shared responsibility, and together, we can create a culture of awareness and precaution. Regardless if you’re an electrical engineer, plumber, pipe fitter or an AC Engineer - make sure you’ve got a lock in your bag. #ElectricalSafety #SafeIsolation #StaySafe #WorkplaceSafety
