10 things about Tiffany 1- I'm a retired 9-1-1 Dispatcher (22 years) I worked mostly in Box Elder County and a few years for Highway Patrol in Salt Lake & Utah Counties. 2- I love long baths with a glass of wine while I mindlessly scroll on my phone. I'm talking hours! 3- I live with chronic pain, Myofascial pain syndrome or MPS, which I'm pretty public about, but it's a big part of my why to transition from dispatch to real estate. 4- I spent more money on my boots for my wedding than my dress. #priorities 5- I'm the youngest of 4 and I didn't really grow up with my siblings. My closest sister is 7 years older than me and the oldest is 16 years older. I basically grew up as an only child. 6- My parents are the best, no really, they opened their home to our neighbor's children who needed a safe and secure home during a very difficult time in their lives going from 1 to 4 teenaged girls in the home with a 2-year age gap 😲 7- I spend most of my time helping to care for my mother-in-law who had a stroke last year and needs 24 hour care. 8- I am an introvert and have social anxiety. This sometimes surprises people and I've become good at masking it and learning how to better manage social situations. Real Estate helps a lot with this! 9-I love puzzles. I love figuring out, solving problems and finding a solution. 10- I do not like the color pink. My older sister LOVES it and I was surrounded by it my entire childhood since she got to decorate the rooms I inherited. Being a Property Manager means wearing many hats. Some days, you spend hours behind a desk compiling reports and handling complaints. Other days, you’re out in the community with a mop and broom, cleaning up common areas. You might find yourself picking up trash or getting on your hands and knees to make an apartment sparkle a little more before todays move in. Often, you spend time getting to know residents at after-hours events or working long days to ensure the community is ready for whatever comes the next day. We don’t have a set job description because every day is different. We mold our schedules to make sure everything gets done without neglecting any area.
