1moI am in complete agreement. In addition, the change management associated with evolving ways of engaging with AI and the enabling skills, behaviors and mindsets should not be underestimated. This is a foundation that is critical to realizing the business outcomes of all of the other investments being considered and oftentimes is thought of too late in the process.
