#Houston, we have a problem”, again, with weather! As devastating as many neighborhoods look, and with road closures due to fallen power lines, debris and lights out, as well as STILL over 2 million people without power, Bank of America is helping with the recovery from #Hurricane #Beryl. Our outstanding and heroic associates overcame power outages (majority of our Financial Centers) and short of staff, and road conditions, are opening as many centers as we can. Thank you #TeamHouston, especially our outstanding Consumer team!! Dennis Johnson Kari Vinyard Danny Flemings William Smayda Aron Levine We are also thinking of our #NonProfit partners, will be working alongside you to help with recovery! #HoustonStrong!

Just heard a touching story that a client thanked our Baybrook FCM Benjamin and his team for opening the Financial Center today and be there for our clients! Thank you, #Baybrook Center team!

Well said Hong. It's our recent relocation in Houston, almost 2 weeks in this city. Power outage, no cellular connectivity made us count our blessings. Huge respect and appreciation to BofA and Merrill leadership, community, and first responders. 👏 #HoustonStrong

There is still quite a bit of work to do according to County Execs in Galveston, Fort Bend, Harris. & Montgomery County. Make an effort to volunteer your time, and make a difference as a leader in your community. This morning's Disaster Response call with County officials reviewed the following situations: Power Outages across the area and for several days are creating a heat emergency (100+ heat index today & tomorrow). Downed trees and debris are creating travel hazards and problems for many homes. Communication is difficult due to power outages & infrastructure issues with cell towers & phone lines. County execs noted a food emergency in certain areas with an already fragile system from previous disasters. As People of Action and those who provide Service Above Self, we're in position to make some things happen. Here are some things you can do: "Sign-Up" at Disaster Aid USA as a volunteer and share this information with your Club Members. Inform those who have needs to call the Beryl Crisis Clean-up Hotline (979) 217-3791. DAUSA is a part of that system and can help respond to reported needs. "Keep Your Head Up" in your community & look for opportunities to help.

Great to see the updates. Maybe they can clear cut the trees this time around to avoid the damage in the future!
