All about Megan Mechikoff's First Year Advice What is your favorite aspect about working at NAI Highland? 🗯 My favorite aspect of working at NAI Highland is the vibrant and family work culture. Being the oldest locally owned brokerage in COS, it is great being able to collaborate with some of the most experienced Principals and Brokers. Additionally, the dog friendly environment makes the workplace much more fun! 🐶 What have you learned from your peers? 🗯 Embrace creative thinking in deal negotiations for your clients. If an obstacle arises that threaten the deal, take a step back to reassess, and evaluate alternative approaches that can still get the deal across the finish line. 🏔 What advice would you give to someone wanting to be a commercial broker or who has not hit their 1 year yet? 🗯 Success in this business comes from consistency and self-discipline.
