Progress continues on Gateway 737, Columbia's newest student housing development. We'll be ready to welcome University of South Carolina students in the fall of 2025.

Whether you love the annual corporate retreats or love to hate it, there's something to be said for how getting out of the office and spending time together gets the team focused and energized. We find, that in two short days, we can learn new things, revisit or establish goals, and create memories that keep our team connected.

We love the vibrancy and indoor/outdoor feeling the large, lush planters bring to the atrium at Marshside. Thanks to the team at Interior Plantscapes for making it so easy to be green.

As the college school year comes to close, we congratulate the class of 2024 and wish them success as they head out into the world. Thank you to our residents and their families for letting us be a small part of their college experience. #studenthousing #auburn

Congratulations to our very own Billy Cooke on being named one of the top office leasing brokers in Charleston in 2023 by CoStar Group. Billy leads leasing efforts across our portfolio and while this news is not news to us, we are thrilled to see him recognized for his tireless efforts and success, especially on his home turf in Charleston. Bravo Billy!

Bravo Hunter Aiken! The bragging rights are all yours...at least for this year. You can rename the chili, 'the one to beat.'
