As Hochiki Europe's Wellbeing Week comes to a close, we reflect on a week that has taken into consideration employee's bodies, minds and souls. 🚴 We have cycled virtually to our Hochiki Italia branch as a team to boost our physical and mental wellbeing as well as attending daily chair yoga sessions. 👂 Attended Mental Health talks to enhance our resilience and to access self-help tools. 💰 Had the opportunity to attend pension seminars to help get our finances in order. 🍎 Have been supplied with free fruit and healthy recipes in order to take steps towards a healthier lifestyle. Tomorrow we will see the week culminate in our Annual Employee Summer BBQ! 🍔🍦☀️ Thanks to our HR Team and Social Committee for all of their efforts throughout the week. #lifesafety #wellbeing #hochiki

Ever heard of the Shaolin temple? Here’s a throwback. My time living with the Shaolin Monks 🥋 Those were intense times, training 14 hours a day, six days a week, toughening both body and mind to take on any challenge that came our way. It was during this period that my journey into meditation began, and it has been the wellspring of inspiration for Yauga. Meditating at the temple allowed me to tap into a deeper sense of self-awareness and inner strength. It taught me the importance of mindfulness and self-discipline in achieving personal growth.
