You have upgraded the look of the hotel, but have you upgraded the treatment of the staff, because that's where you all are falling you ask up to go above and beyond which we do especially the room attendant and laundry (house keeping)
I see alot of awards for Hilton and their services. My recent stay at Hilton, involved no running water, unable to shower, brush teeth or flush toilets for 4 days. Despite calling Hilton customer service and trying to contact the CEO himself for help no response. Clearly the focus is on the executive teams vs the patrons staying in their hotels.
I interviewed for position in loss prevention for a location in the houston Texas area last Friday. Hopefully I will get something positive out of that. In the next few days.

Estamos em família, 6 pessoas com crianças, Compramos 8 diárias com café da manhã e simplesmente desde o 4 dia não havia café da manhã, não fomos sequer avisados, não há gerente no hotel, resposta e’ simplesmente compre seu café no mercadinho. @booking tb se exime totalmente, embora tenha feita a venda. Hilton está realmente deplorável, além de Velho e ultrapassado e com atendimento sofrível, e desrespeitando inclusive os honors members.
