When I made a career move into Human Resource a little over 3 years ago, I didn’t know it would take me here. In January, I had the honor of being nominated for HR Rising Star of the Year and this past month was announced as the award winner at the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Awards.  I've worked hard these past 3 years, but can say without a doubt that anything I’ve accomplished didn’t happen in a vacuum, rather with the support of many in my community. The HR community is an exceptional and generous group of people, opening their doors (and inboxes) to lend advice and connection.  Many laid groundwork for me to transition into this career and thrive.  I’m always excited by the opportunity to pass this on, please don’t hesitate to reach out and connect if I can be a support to you.  A huge shout out to my Quartile Team - Elle Petrie who paves the way for our team to succeed and make Quartile not just a good place to work but a GREAT place to work.  Monica Oi, Maggie Renwick and Roberta Varoli for your commitment to excellence and always having each other’s back.
