Advancing MS Care with Tailored Disease Modifying Therapies In the realm of multiple sclerosis (MS), the development and application of disease-modifying therapies (DMTs) have been critical in managing disease progression. GRG Health has taken a pivotal role by integrating GrowthMIX methodology into our approach. Through comprehensive analyses and collaboration with specialized neurologists, we've conducted 50 in-depth discussions to ensure the precision of our findings, culminating in high-quality deliverables to our clients. Despite challenges such as patient adherence and high treatment costs, our solutions aim to enhance accessibility and improve patient outcomes through education, support, and personalized medicine strategies. The ongoing monitoring and optimization of treatment plans, as indicated by key metrics like relapse rates and MRI lesion burdens, underscores our commitment to managing and improving the quality of life for those affected by MS. #MSResearch #HealthcareInnovation #PatientCare #MedicalScience #DiseaseManagement #GrowthMIX #MultipleSclerosis #HealthcareResearch #PatientAdherence #PersonalizedMedicine #MedicalInsights Bhawna Jethani

"The earlier we can diagnose #Alzheimers—and the simpler that diagnostic is for patients and providers—the more we can ensure treatments that are effective and accessible to everyone," says Danaher's Julie Sawyer Montgomery. Thanks to the work of scientists, advocacy organizations and healthcare organizations over the past 25 years, we now have an approved, disease-modifying therapy that can slow the progression of the plaques associated with Alzheimer's disease. But to treat Alzheimer's, we must first diagnose it. Danaher #Diagnostics businesses are proud to be part of the vast, coordinated effort to solve this multifaceted problem: https://bit.ly/3QA3Q34 #speedoflife

Parkinson's disease can't be diagnosed through a simple blood test or scan. After a referral from a primary care doctor, it often takes visits to a neurologist or movement disorder specialist before receiving a clinical diagnosis. Tune in to hear healthcare providers and those living with the disease talk about the diagnostic process. We also explain how to build a Parkinson's care team - a group of healthcare providers that provide support after diagnosis.Listen now: https://lnkd.in/eFj2Xdhr #Parkinsons #ParkinsonsDisease #PD Altoida, Inc. , PD Avengers, Parkinson's Foundation, The Michael J. Check out interesting read MathWorks Blog on Treating Alzheimer’s disease with lights and sounds. A Boston-based startup developed a non-invasive treatment for Alzheimer’s disease that slowed Alzheimer’s disease patients’ cognitive delay by 83% and functional decline by 84% after just six months. It’s as easy as wearing a specialized set of goggles and a headset once a day for an hour. Does this sound too good to be true? According to the Boston Globe, that’s precisely what the medical device designed by Cognito Therapeutics, Inc. demonstrated in a recent study. Dementia is a devastating disease for patients and their families. Beyond the suffering, a high societal cost is associated with caring for dementia patients. According to AJMC - The American Journal of Managed Care , “In 2022, the estimated healthcare costs associated with [Alzheimer’s disease] treatment were $321 billion, with costs projected to exceed 1 trillion [dollars] by 2050. These cost-of-care projections are based on direct healthcare costs and are likely underestimated because indirect costs associated with AD treatment are usually not included.” #Alzheimer #treating #MATLAB #medical #news

“Among patients with a behavioral condition, 87% also have one or more medical conditions, such as a circulatory condition, a musculoskeletal condition or cancer (neoplasm). When behavioral conditions go untreated, these comorbid medical conditions worsen, and the ability to function in workplaces, families and communities can be hindered. Moreover, costs for patients with a medical condition and behavioral condition are two to three times higher than for patients without a behavioral condition.” https://ow.ly/OQrN50Q4PlV #talktherapy #onlintherapy #readytotalk #readytolisten #che #caringhealth4everyone #chepartnership #partnerships #mentalwellnessmatters #emotionalwellnessmatters #behavioralhealthcare #behaviroalhealthservices
