I am thrilled to share that I've embarked on a new journey by starting my Master's degree in computer and communication engineering . This is a significant step in my career, and I'm looking forward to diving deeper into the world of computer engineering

To get a full time position in an organization where my Technical ,Personal skills and 12+ Year Experience in Automobile industry can contribute to the growth of organization and in the process quench my thirst for technical curiosity.

From the moment I got my acceptance letter in 2020, I knew my life was about to change in a big way. The pandemic brought its challenges, but I took it in stride, starting my studies online and finishing my classes remotely before finally getting to campus. Diving into my studies was exciting. Pursuing a master's degree became a journey of self-discovery, with each weekly paper reflecting my growing self-awareness. The deeper I went, the more I grew, like a phoenix rising from the ashes. Before starting my graduate studies, I spent seven years working in marketing for the beauty industry. My master's degree in consumer and social psychology has deepened my understanding of myself and how society communicates. This specialized education has helped me grasp why people behave the way they do and how we all interact. As I officially receive my master's degree, I realize how much I've gained. Like a tower rising from the ground, I've built a stronghold of confidence and strength in my heart. Now, I'm excited to start a new journey with a sharp mind and a ready-for-anything attitude, prepared to tackle whatever comes next. My path is distinctly mine. 🤗

Completed 3 Years as an Area Manager......

Next week, I start my new job. 🎉 Three things that I always do when I start a new job are: 1️⃣ Find out about their DE&I efforts and how to get involved. 2️⃣ Schedule a little 1:1 time with each team member to get to know them and find out how we can make each other’s worlds be more connected. 3️⃣ Perfect my elevator speech on the company and my team. What are the things that you prioritize right out of the gate when starting a new role?

After 16 years with CEMEX and an overall career spanning 50 years, I have made the choice to retire and move on to the next chapter in life.
