Our new production status feature allows you to track the progress of your manufactures in a more granular way, from Not Started, In Progress right through to Completed. This change now empowers you to use our Manufactures feature to create work orders for your team: material and product stock changes will only be made when a manufacture is marked as fully completed. For manufactures that have not been completed, your manufacture screen will now display the available and required amounts for all materials - allowing you to see at a glance any stock deficiencies and take action where necessary. Our new production status feature gives you the control to create manufacture orders before you physically make them: giving you and your team more visibility on your production schedule. The terms "PO pallet trailer configuration" and "Item pallet trailer configuration" suggest specific arrangements or setups concerning the loading and organization of pallets within a trailer in the context of purchase orders (PO) and individual items. 1. Separation Requirement: (*) All PO types must be distinctly separated on the trailer during truckload shipments. 2. No Mixing Permitted: (*) PO types cannot be mixed within the trailer or on the same pallet. 3. PO Consistency: (*) Pallets associated with the same PO must remain together throughout the trailer. 4. Loading Order: (*) Staple stock purchase order items should be loaded in the nose of the trailer, while Distribution Assembly (DA) purchase order items are to be placed on the tail of the trailer. 5. Priority Order: (*) PO separation is the first priority. (*) Item separation is the second priority. 6. Consistency Requirement: (*) All pallets associated with the same item, purchase order (PO), and PO type must be kept together throughout the entire trailer. These guidelines aim to ensure organized and systematic loading, unloading, and transportation of different types of purchase orders within the truckload shipments.
