January was our best month yet in Unbound. Wins leave clues. These are my key takeaways: - Inputs (actions) move the needle on outputs (results) - Choose inputs wisely and JFD the reps - Double down on what’s working - Say yes less, and no more. Focus and simplicity are key - Pay close attention to comments and behaviours of clients ...listening to clients always creates the best ideas - Share more of what we’re up to, which can help and motivate others - I’m rubbish at ice-free curling, don’t do this at another quarterly meet-up 😏 - Product development is an infinite game and should always be improving …but keep it simple, which sells (and scales) - Missions create clarity. I saw one of our Appfire Custom Stories go live and was in awe of one of the main takeaways from their experience. Many, if not most, of the people who I'm connected with on LinkedIn have to rigorously track their time - be it for dev work, digital marketing, talent acquisition, and so many other positions - and the vast majority of us have made peace with tracking our time, as we know the value it brings: overseeing capacity and catching burnout early, helping business goals, as well as keeping the dreaded scope creep in check! But, the thing we loath more than anything about tracking our time? *How much time it takes to track our time!* 😫 (The irony is not lost on any of us... but our sanity and patience for this antiquated process is.) Therefore, seeing this statement from The Duckhorn Portfolio, owner of the well known Duckhorn Vineyards, was not only validating, but exciting and impressive! I know many of us long to have our time tracking automated and done without even thinking about it. And that's something 7pace & monday.com can do seamlessly... unlike so many other time tracking solutions... not naming names, you know who you are. 🌾
