Our march towards first flight continues. Quarterhorse Mk 1 just completed engine testing which included runs at max afterburner. Not too much to see due to the daylight sun, but turn on audio to hear the engine roar 🔊

Congratulations to the Hermeus team on this significant milestone! Completing engine testing for the Quarterhorse Mk 1, especially at max afterburner, is a remarkable achievement. The dedication and expertise driving your march towards the first flight are truly inspiring. Looking forward to witnessing the next phases of this exciting journey.

The change in tension in the constrainting chain is visible. Congratulations on achieving this milestone.

That’s a beautiful bird - excited to see it fly. AVRO Aerospace in Canada wishes everyone at Hermeus success. Let us know if you guys want a ramjet that produces thrust at zero speed to drop into that thing ;)

As someone who interviewed with Hermeus several years ago before even the jet testing began, it's incredible to see how far you guys have come! Wish I was there to be part of it, but I'm content to watch from the sidelines and cheer you guys on!!!
