Do your vendors, suppliers, or providers schedule & do review with your quarterly that brings value to you? I am NOT talking about a check in. The quarterly review has an agenda and a time frame. The goal is to increase the value, and avoid problems. 😀 We worked on these two initiatives, and the results were.... 😎 Has anything changed with your priorities for this quarter... 🤔 What must be accomplished this quarter? This is good account management. I am working on my own planning for the rest of 2024 and 2025. I realized I have a hole in the understanding of the challenges of the CEOs with whom to work. The business owner who has capacity to grow, and the commitment to do the work. The CEO may use EOS. This CEO must scale revenue from $10M to $20M. There are frustrations, and holes in the sales team. Your sales problems are different than going from $5M to $10M. I need to get my finger on the pulse. I have a six question survey. 3-minutes.
