Dear network and friends, Sharing is caring. I usually avoid bothering you with private initiatives. I promise this one will be an exception 😉 . Although this is a rather private campaign, I'd be very grateful for any kind of contribution to make my initiative successful. Thank you also for sharing with your networks. My apologies to anyone who feels intimidated by this approach. https://lnkd.in/exSWiUbG Take care 😊

It takes us such a long while to get here And yet we keep slipping And yet we need to keep pulling ourselves back up We are but a product of our experiences We are but a product of our upbringing We are but a product of everything that hurt us We are but a product of people who were & are a part of our lives We seek validation We seek reaffirmation We want to be loved We want to be recognised We want to be desired We want to be considered important We want to be seen We want to be heard So our journeys are so full of others what they can do for us what they feel about us So how about treating yourself the way you would treat a loved one first? how about putting yourself first? how about being grateful for yourself first? how about forgiving yourself first? how about being your own back up first? And how about being proud of yourself first? BlewMinds - Believe. Be. Beyond www.blewminds.com

If your choice were to assign only one of the two labels for every life encounter, what would those two labels be? My choice would be: a) Gift or a b) Lesson. Be grateful for both. Also, you can learn and grow from both.

It is so important to be kind to yourself on your journey. Being grateful for your achievements instead of looking at others to gauge your progress. If you have a certain goal in mind, don't judge yourself by other people who have already achieved that goal. Instead, use your past self as your measuring stick. Ask yourself: am I making progress from where I was before?

There are Two Types of Supporters in Life: 1st: Those who ALWAYS support you even when no one supports you. 2nd: Those who support you AFTER seeing others supporting you (They ride the wave). Now, if you're blessed enough to have those first-type supporters by your side, you have a treasure. Tell them how much you appreciate their unwavering support. Show your gratitude, loud and clear! 😊 And if you want to be one of those rare and precious people, ask yourself: "How can I be that unwavering support for others?" Be grateful. Be kind. Be supportive. #support #supportive #unwaveringsupport #supporters

Gratitude. A bone marrow recipient meets the donor. And even at her age, she knows what the other person has done for her. Remember the people who were kind to you. And those who were not. Find reasons to be grateful for both. Unfortunately, we humans have double standards. Consider this. Let's say you are having food at home. Made by your mother or wife. Or father or brother. You notice a piece of hair. Do you take a picture and put it on Facebook? Then why do it when it's in your office cafeteria... What would you do at home? You would tell whoever made the food to be more careful. And they will be as careful as if you had insulted them, made a scene, etc. We always look up at people who have more than us, a better life etc. Every now and then, look down as well. At people who have less. At people who have nothing. Be a little more tolerant. Only then can you be grateful. There is a lot to be grateful for. And every one of the people involved in providing things we take for granted- would appreciate a kind word.

Passionate about serving customers, clinicians and patients, using technology to solve problems and improve healthcare
Sandra Gohn reminded me how important it is on #givingtuesday to take a moment and reflect on the #givingseason. In healthcare, non-profits are the heart and soul of the business. I am incredibly humbled and grateful for all the organizations that dedicate their time, talent, and resources to making life better for others. Day in and day out, overcoming obstacles, advocating constantly, and finding a way to do for others what they cannot do for themselves. Your work inspires me to be better and work harder every day. DON'T GIVE UP! On your most challenging days, know that you make me believe in humanity and the good in the world. Even though you may not hear it enough or realize it, your work inspires others and multiplies in ways that cannot be counted on a spreadsheet. Giving to me is everything. It fills my bucket, lights my fire, and drives my passion. I'm addicted; I see ways to help everywhere I look. Sometimes, I feel overwhelmed by how many opportunities there are to help and figure out how to do it all (burning the candle at both ends is a phrase I have heard often). It has taken me a few decades and many people who love me to realize I can't and shouldn't do it all (don't worry, I won't tag you all here). So, in the spirit of giving, here is a gentle reminder 1. Give yourself grace to not do it all 2. But do something. Many hands make light work. Find some small way during the #givingseason to be the good in the world.

Be grateful for everything. It's the least you could do. Some people would do anything to have hair like you. Some people would do anything to have your eyesight. Some people would give everything they have to be able to walk how you do. They'll do anything to have the things you have. Most of the time, we look at what others have and overlook what we have. We feel demotivated and disgraceful for not having those things. In reality, We are much better than 90% of the people living. Trust me, when you're happy for the things you have - A healthy body - A family - Good night sleep - A roof over your head - A warm blanket in this cold winter - And many other things When you're grateful for these, you'll get even more. Therefore, don't take anything for granted. PS Are you grateful for the things you have? ❖--❖--❖--❖--❖--❖--❖--❖ Found this post helpful! Make sure to - Like - Comment - Repost to spread the value
