Day 1️⃣ of The 100 Press Ups Per Day Challenge Everyone will feel the impact of cancer in their lifetime. That could be through facing a diagnosis themselves, or because a loved one or friend is affected. Today 384,000 cancer cases are diagnosed each year in the UK, that’s about 7 every 10 minutes - about the time it took me to write this post. If current UK trends continue, diagnoses will rise to over half a million by 2040, around a third more, with a quarter more cancer deaths; 208,000 each year. That’s why I’m doing 100 push-ups a day throughout April to help raise money for Cancer Research UK (CRUK). Please show your support and help fund lifesaving research by donating to my page. It will take you less than 10 minutes, it will a lot less painful than my April and you will be making a difference.
