One thing we did well and one thing we got wrong. In the early days of Envoi, we knew that customer support tickets were a thorn in every retailer’s side. Which was why we wanted to give our retail customers ALL of the information that we had at our own fingertips - proof of delivery picture, timestamp, geotag, driver name, driver notes, etc. This helps the support teams answer tickets quickly. BUT, most of the details are currently gated behind a login wall to Envoi’s dash, which is what we got wrong. Turns out, the support teams we serve don’t want to go through the extra clicks to login to Envoi’s portal and find out more about a shipment. They want it right at their fingertips, and I don’t blame them, who wouldn’t? This naturally created two streams - one for the recipient via the tracking page and one for the retail support team via login to Envoi’s dash. Now, what if two streams became one? And we create the most accessible and transparent tracking page we can? It’s a win-win. Coming soon.
