As an enthusiast of #entrepreneurship and #innovation, I recently came across an excellent article titled —“3 Traits of an Entrepreneurial Mindset”— from the MIT Management School by Meredith Somers. It highlights how entrepreneurship sparks innovation, drives employment, fuels #economies, and offers #solutions to a range of environmental and societal challenges. But before those sparks and drivers ignite, an entrepreneurial #mindset must be in place as a #catalyst. One point that really caught my attention was that entrepreneurial mindsets aren’t just for #startups and It’s the #adaptable, #antifragile ones that will be #successful. This resonates with me because the world is not getting any less complicated; on the contrary, we are facing increasingly complex and larger problems that demand us to #challengethestatusquo and shift gears towards an entrepreneurial mindset, no matter the #environment.
