We are seeking a proactive and organized Training and Development Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Duties and responsibilities include: • Assess training needs and identify skills gaps. • Schedule and facilitate training sessions and workshops. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements. • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with department heads to address specific training requirements. • Applying for funding Requirements: • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • 2 years of experience in training and development would be considered an asset.  • Excellent organisation and coordination skills, with high attention to detail • Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Interested?
