Thank you to everyone who visited the Healix stand at the PRSE Show in Amsterdam last week. We were grateful for the high attendance and inspiring conversations about circularity and collaboration in the plastics industry.
Healix transforms ropes and nets from fishing and farming into certified circular plastics. By joining forces with value chain partners, we tackle one of humanity's greatest challenges: plastic pollution.
A special thanks to our partners AION, elho group | B Corp, epsotech - we care about plastics, plasticpreneur, Schoeller Allibert, Tama Group, The Ocean Cleanup, Oceanize, Teknor Apex Company and Tide watches – it was great to have you on the stand with us.
To everyone visiting; we appreciate your interest in our solutions and hope the event was as rewarding for you as it was for us. We look forward to future collaborations and staying in touch!

📢 Calling all PET Heroes! adaPETation® is looking for heroes making a difference in the PET polymers industry.
🎉 We’re excited to announce that we’ve kickstarted the search for the PET Heroes 2024 prize and want to know who you think deserves to be nominated.
🏆 Our PET Heroes 2024 prize recognizes influential figures putting the PET polymers industry on a regenerative path and bringing solutions together for the systemic issues surrounding plastic.
💡 Maybe you (or your friend) is a talented design student re-thinking waste, or you own a social impact enterprise helping informal waste pickers to improve their working and living conditions. Or you might be a systems change investment fund with a portfolio company closing the loop on plastic waste. Whatever you think needs to championed we want to hear from you.
🌍 Each year, adaPETation® selects an incredible group of people who are bringing solutions together to close the loop on plastic waste. The winner takes home €10,000 of non-dilutive funding and the chance to develop their prototype, business idea, or regenerative venture.
💬 Tell us what you think of our list of PET Heroes 2024. You can learn more about each of them here…. https://lnkd.in/eMdTe8n9 and then please recommend someone you know who is coming up with innovative solutions to systemic issues surrounding plastic.

We work to make the world better!
Here's how we live our values at Cassina and Zanotta :
With every Ocean Bottle, we save 11.4 kg of plastic - equivalent to 1,000 single-use plastic bottles - collected in coastal communities where plastic pollution is worst.
#PlasticCollectors can exchange plastic waste for money or credit via blockchain technology, which they can spend on tuition, tech goods, health care and micro-finance.
We are not only fighting plastic pollution in our oceans and reducing single-use plastic bottle consumption but also creating a #SocialImpact on the local communities of the plastic collectors involved in the process.
Every single drop of water make the mighty ocean!
#Cassina#CassinaPeople#Zanotta#ZanottaPeople#SocialResponsibility#Circularity
#Cassina is pleased to share news that confirms the company’s ongoing commitment to favouring a more responsible approach towards the environment.
Last year, the company began using water bottles made in collaboration with Ocean Bottle, an initiative that was very successful and contributed significantly to reducing plastic use in our offices and its impact on our environment.
This year, we are proud to extend this project to our sister company, Zanotta. Thanks to this partnership, we will continue to promote practices aimed at reducing our environmental impact, embracing innovation and social responsibility.
Thank you to everyone and to Ocean Bottle for the collaboration.

Providing the industry with real solutions, not only without disrupting its development and productivity, but also with extra revenue is essential to engage it in combating the climate situation.
The fashion industry is estimated to be responsible for 10% of global carbon emissions. What if clothing really saved the planet? The application of Aircure®Tech in fabrics could save the planet from more than 1M tons of CO2 annually.
There is about one car for five people worldwide. Aircure®Tech could allow the automotive industry to change its target from reducing emissions to recovering the balance of the atmosphere, providing it with €3M per year.
We want to reach all industries and that is why Joan Puig Rigall will be next week at the Asebio Investor day in San Sebastian (Spain).

Change Catalyst I Connected Leader I Material Scientist I VP of Research I I Help Companies Develop Impact-Driven Products Through Technology Innovation, Sustainable Materials and Packaging and Strategic Partnerships
✨💡 Grateful for the enlightening experience at #SB23SanDiego, capping off my conference year on a high note and making my first-time attendance truly memorable! The theme of "Regenerating Local" permeated every discussion, from next-gen materials to circular business models and advocating for social cohesion and sustainable habits to reduce personal environmental footprints.
☘ 🔄 The strides in the bio-circular economy are awe-inspiring, with paradigm-shifting solutions like Microsoft’s nature-led efforts to build low-impact data centers and Vivobarefoot’s VivoBiome on-demand manufacturing platform leading the charge. Geno's transformative potential for plant-based ingredients and precursors through industrial fermentation was palpable, revolutionizing industries from palm oil to nylon.
🌐 🔍The event showcased a diverse spectrum of sustainable solutions, from intermediate chemicals to ingredients, packaging, and even products. Notable technologies included Sway's award-winning seaweed film, carbon insetting by OurCarbon, Modern Meadow's Bio-VERA™ leather alternative, UBQ Materials' TIME award-winning bio-based thermoplastic, VF Corporation’s verified regenerative rubber supply system, upcycled food ingredients, Mango Materials’ methane-derived PHA, and IFF’s enzymatic solutions for homecare. These next-gen materials, manufacturing and consumption practices, and built spaces intricately linked to their local ecosystems provide alternative paths leading to a resilient and regenerative future.
Being part of this dynamic community was truly enriching. The experience not only inspired and energized me but also made me feel heard and valued. Looking forward to more meaningful interactions ahead. 🌿 🌏

Our latest brand Smart Box is the 2024 SEAL Sustainable Product Award winner! 🌱
⭐️ The SEAL Awards honor leadership, innovation, and commitment to sustainable business practices, recognizing Smart Box Litter’s commitment towards a more sustainable future.
🌎 All health monitoring cat litters available in today’s market are made with silica crystals. Similar to clay-based litter, it requires mining for silicon dioxide, which contributes to flooding, erosion, pollution, and deforestation. Smart Box utilizes a lightweight natural substrate made of pellets derived from corn – a renewable resource that does not require mining – to reduce both brand and consumers’ ecological impact. The corn-based pellets are flushable, reducing the nearly 8 billion pounds of cat litter that ends up in landfills every year (!)
🌱At Rhodes Pet Science we are reimagining the future of pet care, for pets and their people. Smart Box is the world’s first and only health monitoring cat litter in a natural substrate. Blending innovation and sustainability to forge a better, healthier future for our pets AND our planet.
⭐️We are honored to announce that Smart Box is one of 30 ESG Leaders to win a 2024 Seal Business Sustainability Award. SEAL Awards honor leadership, innovation and commitment to sustainable business practices.

If we take care of the Earth, the earth with take care of us ! This year at Diatec, sustainability is at the forefront of our goals.
Which is why we are rolling out our recycling program for tympanometer & OAE tips. At the moment, these single use tips are going straight from our patients ears into landfill. Diatec uses the Zero Waste Box 🇹🇲 by TerraCycle® to dispose of your Tymp & OAE ear tips in an environmentally friendly way.
