We want to have fun, win matches, socialize. Furthermore, we wish to move our body free of pain. How can we achieve these goals⁉ Satisfying racket? ✔ Comfortable shoes? ✔ Lessons with instructor? ✔ Fashionable outfit? ✔ 🕵♂️So, what is missing when we experience physical pain and injuries, poor perfomances on court, and fatigue to recover after a match? 🥁 Have we forgotten the main character of the game? 💡 YES, it's our body, our muscles, joints, tendons, fasciae and the nervous functional connections which link them. Premier Padel Milano Dec. 4th-Dec. 10th 🎾 From December 4 to 10, the Premier Padel Tour made a stop in Milan. Reaxing is the Official Training Partner of Premier Padel Tour and we set up the training area for the players at the Allianz Cloud, where the center court was located. Thus I had the opportunity to experience an extraordinary week in contact with the best players and coaches on the planet. It was a chance for a full immersion in the padel world surrounded by the main characters.
