Organizational Development Strategist | Career Coach | Mindset & Yoga Facilitator | Travel & Well-Being Enthusiast
An entrepreneurial mindset opens us to new possibilities through curiosity, connection, and an intentional strategy centered around action. After attending the Young Entrepreneur Institute at University School Conference last year and meeting Joanie Weber Gary Schoeniger Rob Herndon Nic Houle, I invested in myself to complete The Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative #IcehouseEntrepreneurialMindset. This intensive development program features the genius of Clifton Taulbert, a businessman and noted author, who has written excellent books recollecting the seeds planted throughout his life, specifically in the racially divided South of the early 1900s as he watched his Uncle Cleve run an in-demand Ice House. Throughout eight life lessons, Uncle Cleve continually inquires of young Clifton during his summer experiences, "Who owns the ice house?" This is an urgent question many organizations and communities are asking themselves today with regard to stabilizing culture during uncertainty, allocating funds and budgeting, mitigating climate change, and recruiting, retaining, and engaging community members in an increasingly distracted society, to name a few. As a certified Icehouse Facilitator, excitement fills me to utilize the Opportunity Discovery Process to empower professionals, leaders, educators, and students to embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and unlock their entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial potential. The research-backed Icehouse Program, a culturally inclusive model, advances participant success, develops workforces, and improves small business outcomes by focusing on creativity, critical thinking, cooperation, and empathy. If you're interested in hosting an interactive keynote, workshop, or training, I would love to discuss bringing the Icehouse Program to your organization. Let's work together to unlock the changemakers and trailblazers within your community! Complete the Contact Us Form via www.allprofithr.com and reference Ice House.

CRO l We're the all-star team that'll actually increase your bottom line revenue l Business Strategy l Operations l Sales l Marketing l Revenue Growth
I am incredibly honored to have been invited by the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of South Florida to sit on the judging panel for their recent pitch event. ⭐ First and foremost, a huge shout out to the fearless Founders who stepped up to pitch their ventures. Facing a panel of seasoned experts and investors takes courage, and you deserve accolades just for showing up! Being on the judging panel was not only an honor but also a learning experience. Here are a few key takeaways that I believe are crucial for every entrepreneur: 📈 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀: It's imperative to have a strong grasp of your financials when pitching. Saying "my accountant knows better" won't cut it. As a Founder, understanding and articulating your financial modeling is key. If it's not your strong suit, invest time in learning it. 📈 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 (𝗜𝗖𝗣): Can you clearly define who needs your solution and will champion your brand? Being crystal clear on your ICP is essential to demonstrate that your business meets a critical marketplace need. Even if you're still refining it, have a strategy in place. 📈 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Your history of clients and relationships is commendable. But how do these experiences translate into transferable skills for your current venture? While humble bragging is good, it's essential to substantiate it with a solid business plan. To all the brave founders and the dedicated team at HBS of South Florida, thank you for an enlightening experience! #Founders #Scaleups #HBS

🎉 We're excited to wrap-up and share the highlights from our recent 'Developing Entrepreneurial Minds' training course. This course went beyond business creation; it focused on fostering innovative thinking and problem-solving skills in higher education. Here are the key takeaways and highlights: ☑ Holistic Entrepreneurship Education: Demonstrated that entrepreneurship education should elevate beyond mere business creation to foster innovative thinking and problem-solving prowess. ☑ Individual Approach: We emphasised the importance of prioritising the individual before the idea in entrepreneurial initiatives at universities, encouraging personal growth and unique approaches. ☑ Understanding Student Motivations: Learning to comprehend students’ motivations regarding employment vs. entrepreneurship, as well as their attitudes towards risk and failure, is crucial for cultivating future success. ☑ Agility Mindset: Adopting an 'agility mindset,' rather than a rigid adherence to specific expertise, was revealed as a pioneering and effective approach. ☑ Fireside Chat Learnings: We gained valuable insights on developing effective entrepreneurship programs from experts and their professional experiences. You can further your entrepreneurial journey too. Join our upcoming courses online or with us in Amsterdam for a special on-site experience, featuring hands-on workshops, direct access to industry experts, and valuable networking opportunities. Aspiring Event Planner and Manager | Seeking Event planning Opportunities | Experience in Weddings, Community, and Business Showings
“Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives, is the fuel that allows common people to obtain uncommon results” - Andrew Carnegie In Entrepreneurship 398, we have been working on extending our goals for our entrepreneurial objectives. In this case, working on financial projection and clientele wants and needs using simulators, interviews, and common knowledge. We have also started discussing a community event that will bring us together, giving us an opportunity to show what exactly each of us is working on. Personally, I am excited about this! This event will create great opportunities for not only myself but also for my classmates as we extend our findings and knowledge to other entrepreneurs as well as other students. Although we are still working out the bumps, we have decided to hold it on the 1st of December at 5 pm. Due to how close this event is, it’s nerve-racking, but also exciting as I am one of the planners. However, because of the close timing, I feel that a lot of worry is going around as to how this will look and how my classmates and I will pull this off in time. Even with the worry, I believe that we can work together as adults to create this amazing space! Because at the end of the day, this event is about us, and our growth through this quarter! Today we’re spotlighting Celine Krzan, a Clinical Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Program Director of the M&T Bank Minority and Women Emerging Entrepreneur Program at the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership | University at Buffalo School of Management. Celine brings a breadth of entrepreneurial experience to all of her roles, and IN I-Corps is lucky to have her on the instructor team! Q: What motivated you to become an I-Corps instructor? A: I was excited to become an I-Corps instructor because I truly believe in the mission of this program. Taking innovations from the laboratory to the marketplace and helping these innovators launch new ventures is something that I'm really passionate about. I've seen a number of researchers that have gone through I-Corps and saw the transformation that took place. They learn to shift their focus toward their customers, to innovate with purpose, and to embrace the art of experimentation and pivoting in business. This program encourages them to venture beyond the confines of the lab and delve into the real-world environment of their potential customers. Q: What one piece of advice do you have for new entrepreneurs? A: Take advantage of every opportunity that's in front of you. Connect with mentors, meet new people, take that program you have been thinking about. Jumping into new learning opportunities and networking like crazy can seriously transform your business. Think of it as planting seeds now, and then watching something awesome sprout from them down the line. Feeling inspired to start your entrepreneurial journey? Apply for an upcoming I-Corps regional course now: https://lnkd.in/gnXHPnyN

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned as an entrepreneur is the importance of being open to change and always ready to pivot. Over the past year, I kept a running list of things that went wrong. However, I’ve recently rebranded this list to something more positive: things I can improve on for the future. This list of learnings included everything from application logistics, to program duration, to content delivery. Each challenge was a stepping stone, guiding me to refine and enhance our offerings. I’ve taken these learnings and applied them to our next program – the newly rebranded Business Fellowship! In partnership with BobaTalks this 3-week micro-MBA for high school female-identifying students is designed to be more interactive and comprehensive than ever. Excited to implement these changes and see the positive impact! Don’t forget to apply (https://lnkd.in/gH-PAwCY) if you’re interested or know someone who might be! #BusinessFellowship #ThinkHers #BobaTalks #Entrepreneurship #WomenInBusiness

Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship candidate/ Project Management/ Healthcare Ethics, Risk and Compliance / Governance, Processes and Learning / Operational Excellence
I believe that when you dare to put yourself out there at school, to push beyond limits and expectations, you don't just achieve extraordinary results – you become the beacon that inspires others to strive for their own greatness. Excellence in education is more than knowledge; it's the courage to transform that knowledge into action, to turn ordinary efforts into extraordinary achievements. Today, I had the privilege of being part of an enlightening session at the Hult Mentorship Club, where Vishal S., the founder and CEO of Vertex Capital, shared his profound insights on "The Art of Entrepreneurship and Effective Networking." What truly captivated me was his emphasis on the significance of exceptional teams behind any idea. As Vishal articulated, investors are keenly interested in the team's power, underscoring that the journey from a mere concept to market success begins with an entrepreneurial mindset. Whether you aspire to be an entrepreneur or not, innovating within a company requires a blend of unique ideas, discipline, and passion. Vishal's journey is nothing short of inspiring. He highlighted how Vertex Capital is built on principles by the Delta V program from MIT and innovative management techniques, emphasizing that a strong foundation, team values, and a growth system are crucial, even before the idea itself. As someone on the path to constantly evolving as an innovative project manager, these concepts resonate deeply with me. A huge thank you to the Hult Mentorship Club, and to Vishal S. for his invaluable insights. Also, a special shoutout to Constantin Leo Alexander Wiese, Jennifer Osayawe Afolabi, ACIPM, Aisha Abdullahi (MIB, MBAN), and Miryam Stephany Leon Castro for their contributions and support in this journey. #HultMentorshipClub #Entrepreneurship #Networking #Innovation #ProjectManagement

𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 Recently, I came across a compelling story shared by #OzanVarol in one of its incredible courses. That vividly illustrates the essence of strategic decision-making in real-time. Imagine: In an entrepreneurship class, students were tasked with maximising profits with just $50 and a mere two hours, followed by a three-minute pitch to the entire university about what they have succeed. Here’s what unfolded: One team faltered in indecision, spending valuable time deliberating their next move. Another team ingeniously flipped restaurant reservations, showcasing quick thinking and resourcefulness. Yet another (The most strategic) sold the three minutes presentation time to sponsors, attracting major companies and generating substantial revenue. What I have glean from this scenario? 1. Empowering Action: Swift decisions and adaptive strategies often lead to seizing unexpected opportunities. 2. Creative Resource Management: Innovative use and allocation of resources, whether financial capital or time, can yield significant returns. 3. Building Networks and extend to see the right opportunities: Leveraging connections and partnerships can amplify impact, exemplified by attracting sponsors in the classroom exercise, so seeing the right opportunity can help us obtain more... #Decisionmaking #criticalthink #Decision
