Hitting targets is hard, but can be done with the following: - Teamwork. - Persistence. - Celebrating the wins. - Reflecting on the wins. - Setting bigger and harder goals. Above all of this, don’t be scared to be the first do something i.e. because you feel others with judge you etc. E.g. posting on LinkedIn on a Saturday (not to be confused with working on a Saturday). Growth and comfort do not co-exist 💯

I help corporate professionals who hate their 9-5 leave the corp world to start & scale a full time online fitness coaching business
I recently heard a great piece of advice about goal setting: when you are 80% of the way to achieving your goal, that's when you should set a new goal. This is especially important for weight loss, as it's easy to get stuck in a rut once you've achieved your goal and the reward centers have already burnt out. By setting a new goal when you are 80% of the way there, you are aligning it with when you are getting the most reward for hitting it. #goalsetting #weightloss #motivation #dopamine #rewardcenters #achievement

'Getting faster to No.' It's my mantra, my motto, my guiding principle. Hearing a No as fast as possible is the best time saver that you can wish for. It allows you to pivot faster or change direction all together. Besides, a No is not always a No but often a suggestion for a different plan. Especially in Sales, it's not the end, it's the start for me. I have many ideas in my head (or 'Flausen im Kopf' in German) and if I don't hear No from time to time I get lost in devloping those 'Flausen' endlessly. Don't get me wrong: there are no bad ideas as long as there are enough of them. When I started working with Leo, I was surprised that he had the balls to say No to some of my ideas and challenge me to come up with something better. I think it was that first No I heard from him that made me decide that it's a good idea to start working together on a more regular basis. Dare to get a No. Dare to challenge yourself to get better. Dare to do things together to get better results. #collaboration #rejection #GettingFasterToNo
