I recently had the pleasure of talking with Greg Hrinya about a topic I feel very passionate about: the emotional connection between brand and consumer. To me, that’s the heart and soul of our business. It goes beyond just making labels. It’s about building a trusting relationship between consumers and brands that, in many cases, spans generations.
