Have you ever experienced thoughts about feeling like you haven't been able to dedicate enough time to certain aspects of your life because something, like work, is completely draining you? Traditionally, the concept of achieving a "balance between work and life" has been widely discussed, suggesting that individuals should strive to find equilibrium between these two domains. By definition, this implies the following: On one side, we have 'work', the commitment that consumes a significant portion of our lives, providing both fulfillment and challenges. On the other side, 'life' encompasses everything outside of work, including family, friends, hobbies, and personal pursuits. However, I urge you to closely analyze this phrase (and consequently, the idea behind it), and you will notice the underlying message we send to our minds. The separation between these two realms implies that when we are at work, 'life' pauses – and we operate mechanically. This also suggests that we only resume 'living life' once work is completed.

Simple Strategies To Improve Work Efficiency Developing a habit of balance between Work & Personal Life is extremely important, many times while running in the race of proving ourself professionally efficient we completely ignore our personal life. Which after a particular age really brings to troll to our mental health. And by the time we realize it was too late. Later on we miss those small giggles we used to have with our friends, a small break over a cup of coffee or a drink where we act as normal or real. The small moments of our child's where we couldn't be a part of their life because we all were busy in completing the TAT of our professional life. And the day we realize that what we have missed its too late. So better take a hold of your life in your own hands, organize, plan and prioritize the things. And never miss a smallest chance of being you or happy. #positivethought

Burnout should not be worn as a badge of honour. Finding a balance between your personal life and your work life should always be top priority. It is so easy to fall into trap of believing that your work life is all that you have to worry about. Unfortunately your work life can be affected by well you manage your personal life (mental health, physical health and social health). Be cautious to take care of the self that you spend with your family and friends because in as much as you would like to conquer the world, you can only do so when you are operating as your best self. #bekindtoyourself
