Role : senior Business Analyst Location : California (Hybrid) Experience : 10+ MUST SHARE PP NO A senior Business Analyst with experience working in Banking and Finance Industry and has a good understanding of various banking processes such as New Account Onboarding, Loan and Mortgage management etc Any experience working on sysems/applications such as Land Gorilla, JExchange/jack Henry, Palidin, Xperience, Evolve, LaserFiche, Synapsys CRM and Synergy capture would be nice to have. The supplier SMEs will perform the following activities as part of this engagement: Phase 1: Understand the current manual Process: • Gather information: Collect all relevant documentation, including process diagrams, workflows, and any existing documentation on the new account onboarding process. • Interview stakeholders: Conduct interviews with key stakeholders involved in the process such as business users and IT personnel and observe the process firsthand to gain a deeper understanding of the actual workflow. • Identify pain points: Analyze and identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and potential points of failure. Phase 2: Document findings • Document the current process: Create a comprehensive document that clearly describes the current new account onboarding process, including the steps involved, the systems used, and the roles of the stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for optimization: Highlight areas where the process can be streamlined, automated, or integrated to improve efficiency and reduce errors. • Evaluate technology options by working closely with the Solution Architect team - Research and evaluate potential technologies, such as that could be used to address the identified pain points and optimize the process. Phase 3: Present findings and recommendations • Prepare an assessment report: Summarize the findings of the assessment, including a detailed description of the current process, identified pain points, and proposed optimization opportunities. • Present to stakeholders: Present the assessment report to key stakeholders, seeking feedback and buy-in for the implementation of the recommended changes.
