Exciting News from "PR Award Grand Prix 2023"!
We're thrilled to share a quick update on the results of this year's PR Award Grand Prix 2023, where our CEO, Tetsuya Honda, served as the President of Jury.
After careful consideration of nearly 100 outstanding entries, the winners have been selected, and it was no easy task for our distinguished judging panel.
Honda, in his role as the president of Jury, provided valuable insights based on three key perspectives:
1) Purpose Matters:
Is the initiative contributing to society, demonstrating a social impact?
2) Authenticity is Key:
Does the company/brand authentically align with its activities?
3) The Power of Inclusion:
Has the initiative engaged diverse stakeholders, fostering co-creation and ensuring sustainability?
This year's entries were exceptionally competitive, and all top-tier projects demonstrated remarkable excellence. Among them, the project "Upside-Down Real Estate: Transforming Non-Commercial Vacant Houses with Tenant Perspectives for Community Development" stood out. Its innovative PR approach addressing societal challenges earned unanimous acclaim from the judging panel, securing the prestigious Grand Prix.

About "Flipping Real Estate" (さかさま不動産):

With the increasing societal challenge of vacant homes due to factors like aging populations and decreasing birth rates, the "Flipping Real Estate" project tackles this issue head-on. Predictions indicate that by 2040, the vacancy rate will exceed 40%, presenting a severe societal problem. "Flipping Real Estate" turns the traditional property listing approach on its head. Instead of showcasing property details, the website displays the dreams and aspirations of individuals looking to rent. The platform facilitates direct communication between property owners and potential tenants, allowing them to finalize agreements independently. Importantly, there are no fees associated with using the platform.

The concept of "Upside-Down" is a fundamental perspective in public relations, allowing us to view various challenges from a different angle, revealing new possibilities.
Congratulations to all the awardees! We extend our respect and look forward to witnessing continued excellence in the field of public relations throughout Japan.
