As the end of Skills Development Scotland's year draws near, our team at QA has compiled our results for the 23/24 period, which I believe is worth sharing to highlight the effort we've dedicated over the past 12 months. Currently, we are exceeding the national benchmark by 2%. Next month, SDS will officially release our statistics, and we anticipate that our pass rate will surpass expectations, nearing the impressive 80% mark 👏 You might wonder, what does this mean? To provide some context, for each learner who enrolls in our programme, whether it's to upskill or to cultivate future talent via an apprenticeship, we are evaluated as a company based on how many individuals successfully complete their diploma, which determines our overall achievement rate for the year. Hopefully, this information provides reassurance to our current clients and to any prospective clients not currently working with QA, that as an organisation we are absolutely committed to placing the right individuals onto the appropriate programmes! #QAApprenticeships #Scotland #ITApprenticeships

We're so pleased that our Trainee Assessors find our training beneficial. We always deliver our training using methods that our trainee assessors and trainers can then use with their own learners. Well-laid foundations are key to successful #workforcedevelopment programs. I've enjoyed engaging with CE deans, program coordinators, and employers to unlock workforce success. Here are a few takeaways that I've learned. 📍Effective employer partnerships are built on shared goals and a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each party 📍Communication is key - regular check-ins and open lines of communication are crucial for success 📍Collaboration is essential - working together to identify and address challenges leads to better outcomes for all parties involved By laying a strong foundation for employer partnerships, we can create successful workforce development programs that benefit employers *and* job seekers.
