Thank you! As much as I see these posts it doesn't seem to be helpful since every person in TA/People applies for these jobs. Its more effective to share other companies that don't have hundreds of applications and can build connections to help those open to work or for those to obtain referrals and use their own internal network to gain employment. I see posts of people on this platform sharing someone who is open to work and that is a selling point for future employers. What differentiates me from all other applicants? If one of every 300 people apply for a job the chances that an application will stick out without building a connection is very slim in this market.
