Some of the best hires I've made in cybersecurity professional services were former teachers. Substitute teachers are the best. They know how to manage a hostile audience. They know how to improvise and adapt. They can handle a crisis like nobody helps. And yeah, teachers are expert storytellers.
That's a thing?! An audio readout of blog posts? I want to learn more about this (if I understand the idea correctly).
Repetition is crucial. I practice with my friends and colleagues over and over and over, often with out their awareness. I just tell my stories scores of times. But the time I hit the stage, I'm able to speak from habit.

I do video in every meeting. With video, speaking in front of 1,000 people is the same as speaking in front of 1 person. Make video a habit. Make it a personal policy. I´m on video whether the person I´m meeting is or not.
Love the longer form of blogs but really want to get better at video and public speaking.
