✈️ Things are taking off in Minneapolis Vistage Worldwide, Inc.! ✈️ #Throwback to the whirlwind week with Howie Milstein, Christine Pouliot, PCC, CPCC and Steve Erickson's groups last month. Thank you all for a wonderful time and the opportunity to explore the critical topics of company culture and generations in the workplace. Here are some key insights we discussed that can help one strengthen their organization's culture: - Define Your Purpose: Clearly articulate your purpose and ensure it is consistently communicated and upheld. - Lead by Example: Leadership sets the tone for company culture. Demonstrate the behaviors and attitudes you want to see in your team. - Foster Open Communication: Create an environment where team members feel safe to share ideas, give feedback, and voice concerns. - Recognize and Reward: Acknowledge and celebrate behaviors that align with your cultural values to reinforce positive actions. - Promote Continuous Learning: Encourage your team to continuously seek knowledge and improvement to keep evolving your culture.
