Onboarding doesn’t end after the first week Ever noticed a drop in employee engagement or productivity after the first few weeks? Organizations often invest a lot in the first week of onboarding to make new hires feel welcome and give them the basics. However, the mistake is thinking that this initial immersion is sufficient for long-term engagement.
