Have you ever had a positive onboarding experience? What did it entail? As it turns out, only 12% of employees strongly agree that their organization does a great job of onboarding new employees. This highlights a critical gap that many organizations face, and in my opinion, a low-effort/high impact investment for employee engagement and retention. That’s why an entire module of our Culture Catalyst program is dedicated to it. Effective onboarding is crucial for: - Building Early Engagement: Setting a positive tone from day one. - Reducing Turnover: Proper onboarding can reduce the likelihood of new hires leaving within the first year. - Boosting Productivity: Well-onboarded employees reach their full potential faster. Investing in a comprehensive onboarding program not only benefits new hires but also strengthens the overall organizational culture and performance. DM me if you want to discuss your onboarding strategy, or join our Culture Catalyst community. #EmployeeOnboarding #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeEngagement #Leadership #TalentManagement

We get great reviews of our onboarding process at VIATechnik! Each new hire gets a week-long project to follow at their own pace, and they generally start “real” work in week two.
