We selected the caterers for this year’s Thinkers50 Awards Gala for their focus on sustainable, seasonal produce, and respect for the environment. They also happen to be exceptional chefs. For years we have grown accustomed to vegetarian or vegan being the bland, alternative option. We have decided to turn that custom on its head and encourage the pursuance of plant-based fine dining. Additionally, providing plant-based meals for the Thinkers50 Awards Gala could result in a carbon footprint reduction of up to 10 tons.
