I’m a great believer in setting your mission and vision statement. Whether you have a personal goal or a company goal, it’s important to communicate it. Only then can you take identifiable steps towards it. At Fuzzy we truly identify with our values and we will continue to check in on them to make sure they represent who we are. Sometimes, we react negatively to how others attempt to impose their definitions on us as Christian CEOs and Business Owners. It is easy to be defensive and reject the overall notion of diversity.
