To introduce new joiners to our rich history and culture, we present “Gucci World” – a two-day immersive induction experience. Colleagues in Italy travel to Palazzo Settimanni in Florence to explore our Archive, a hub of knowledge and learning. Here, they uncover surprising and unexpected treasures from our past, immersing themselves in the essence of our House. They then visit Gucci ArtLab to witness cutting-edge craftsmanship and learn firsthand from our artisans. At Gucci, we blend the timeless traditions of Made in Italy and craft with innovation, inspiring the talents of tomorrow. Embracing this spirit, we opened the doors of our Gucci Artlab and organized a tour with students from the Milano Moda Graduate program, inviting them to explore our hub for in-house prototyping and sampling of all our leather goods and shoes. While there, these young talents were introduced to many of the House’s core principles: a meticulous attention to detail, a deep passion for tradition and craftsmanship, a constant commitment to quality, and a dedication to embedding sustainability across manufacturing and production. Through these experiences, we aim to share our dedication to preserving and passing on a cultural legacy that evolves with new, visionary perspectives.
