We all know it can be frustrating when you have to call a plumber. I wouldn't say it's anyone's favorite activity, but at LM Wilson, we are always trying to improve and make that experience as great as possible. If you had to say what makes your experience with a company feel amazing, what would it be for you? We were going to make this into a poll but it's too lengthy for that so if you wouldn't mind drop you're response below! 5. Quick response 4. Cost 3. Technician being quick with no explanation of issue 2. Technician taking time to explain everything before execution of work 1. Office personnel being energetic and friendly

After spending some hours looking for the reason of this issue, I discovered that there is no experience limit for a fire technician. So keep learning and being multi-tasks worker is an advantage of a technician and employer have to encourage their technicans in that way #firealarm #fireprotection #firesprinkler #maintenance #technician #communication #team

We don’t try to be the cheapest in town. We want to be the best in town. Hoffmann Brothers has plenty of competitors in the home services industry, and we’re not the cheapest company to call when you need a plumber, an electrician, or an HVAC technician. The way I see it, we all get our equipment from the same vendors at the same prices. So if a company is offering a cheaper price than we are, it means they’re either: - Sending someone less qualified to do the work; or - Cutting corners that make it difficult to stand behind the work. We get calls all the time from folks who went with a cheaper company for some work, only to find that the company won’t answer the phone when a warranty issue arises. We never want to be in that position. That’s why we hire the best field professionals in the industry and always leave capacity to address any warranty calls that come in. So no, we’re not the cheapest in town. But I’m willing to bet that we’re the best.
