We are pleased to announce that Frost Bank is financing the development of our 4.8-acre site adjacent to 3250 South Sam Houston Parkway East, acquired in 2021.
KDW will be the contractor for the 87,962-square-foot rear-load industrial building. Of this, 25,059 SF are preleased with a 10-year tenant. The remaining 62,903 square feet of spec space will include 2,194 square feet of office space and 60,709 square feet of warehouse space. This space can be divided into three 20,000-square-foot suites and will feature 14 dock-high doors with the option for five more, plus two grade-level ramps. Modifications to the doors, ramps, office SF can be made per the future tenant’s request.
