I'm currently working on a project to simulate virus spread using an epidemic model (SIR). Susceptible-Infectious-Removed dS/dt = -βSI dI/dt = βSI - γI dR/dt = γI I plan to add a different models and more variables like birth , death and travel rate in the future...i will upload the source code when i ll be done, ... ...but for now, here's the simulation of the SIR model.

Want to hack your DNA to look 10 years younger? That’s the wrong question… Would you like to have cells that are 10 years younger? I attended a DNA hacking seminar by Kashif Khan last night and learned some great stuff! Here are some of the highlights. First we have to figure what causes aging. According to Khan 3 key things speed up the aging process and cause disease. → Inflammation 🔥 → Lack of detoxification 🤢 → Poor oxidation The biggest challenge to our cells is environmental exposures and threats. These are the 5 simple things he said we can do without even mapping our DNA to keep our cells from aging. ✅ Don’t smoke 🚭 ✅ Avoid alcohol 🥂 ✅ Exercise consistently 🏃♂️ ✅ Eat clean food 🌱 ✅ Get consistent good sleep 🛌 We have all heard these things before but its interesting how much of an impact they can have on aging our DNA. One I would add to the list is avoid environmental toxins. These have the same effect as smoking and drinking. If you have a chronic condition he suggests getting your DNA mapped so you know what’s going on. Most chronic conditions are things missing in our DNA or over or under expression of genes.
