If there’s one thing I know, it’s what it feels like to move. Growing up, we moved every few years. I went to three grade schools in three different cities and two different high schools. We lived in Toledo, OH; Traverse City, MI; Charleston, WV; New Orleans and Belleville, IL right outside of St. Louis. And that was just growing up. I’ve lived in three different cities as an adult. I remember every time my dad came home and announced, “Troops, we’re moving.” Sometimes there was celebration (when we moved to New Orleans). Other times apprehension (when we moved from Traverse City and New Orleans). Although, it was something we got used to. So, as a Realtor©, when I say to a client, “I totally understand what you’re going through,” I really mean it. Knowing particulars—schools, restaurants, churches, where to shop—and stuff like that is one thing. Every good Realtor should know them. How a family, even the kids—feel about a move, with fears, apprehension and excitement is something I have true empathy for. It’s beyond the hard things that make new memories when you move. It’s the everyday things. I know what it’s like being a third grader in a new school in a new city that you just moved to three weeks ago. That can be a thousand times more trying to a family than getting utilities turned on in your new home. That’s why I never say I sell homes. I help families create new memories. Let me know if I can help you. Kevin Endres 615-351-7052 kevin@wilsongrouprealestate.com #movingtonashville #nashvillerealtor #nashvillerealestate #nashvillehomes #lovewhereyoulive
